Hotel Agape - Cluj-Napoca

Located just a short stroll from the buzzing heart of the city, this hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring the vibrant area. the stunning Catholic Cathedral is just down the street and attractions are within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. the sleek bathrooms are a highlight, with modern fittings and everything you need. the friendly staff is always on hand to ensure your stay is enjoyable. the breakfast is superb, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

The hotel has limited parking spaces so guests with cars may need to find alternative parking arrangements.

Great value for money and a central location were the highlights of our stay. The room was clean with a range of complimentary toiletries and the breakfast offered plenty of variety, including fresh fruit and hot options. The lobby was impressive with comfortable seating and a pleasant ambiance.

Some aspects let the hotel down. Despite being situated in a desirable location, the noise levels from nearby venues was disturbing at times. In addition, the staff was not always welcoming and could benefit from improved customer service skills. the hotel was suitable for a city break stay but had some room for improvement.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Cluj-Napoca. Located in the historical center of the city, it offers a convenient and central location for exploring all the main attractions. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms are comfortable and offer a nice view of the surrounding area. Plus, the inclusion of breakfast is a great bonus, especially for vegetarians who have a wide range of options to choose from, except for the bread.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Good sleep in a large bed. Staying within 10 minutes' walk from strada mihail kogalniceanu was wonderful.

Waiter started to clean food during breakfast - before my family ended eating it! This behavior was simply horrible.

Staff during the day were very friendly and helpful. The room(s) were very large and comfortable, first impressions were excellent. Had an early flight on the date of departure and the hotel put together our breakfasts for us to take with us. The location was fantastic and central.

Despite all the positives because of the early start on the day of departure there didn't appear to be very much hot water so we ended up having cold showers in the morning. The room could also have done with tea and coffee making facilities.

The position of the Hotel was perfect. The Hotel is a beautiful ancient structure nd the price is good (but I think that is good in all Romania)

The clean and well-equipped rooms were spacious with beautiful wood doors and charming traditional decor. Parking is available nearby for a fee, but we preferred to walk to the city's main attractions.

Everything. One note: hotel in process of renovation, but nothing disturbing. Choose 4th floor..
